 Looking to take your very first steps onto the dance floor? This class is perfect for adults with no prior experience. We’ll guide you through the basics of popular Ballroom & Latin dances like the Waltz, Cha Cha, and Quickstep in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No partner? No problem – solo dancers are always welcome, and couples stay dancing together throughout the session.

About your teacher: With over 30 years of dance experience and a love for Foxtrot, Sarah-Jayne’s lessons are filled with enthusiasm, fun, and just the right amount of quirkiness. A former competitor and seasoned instructor, she’s especially great at making nervous dancers feel at ease.
