 Looking to take your very first steps onto the dance floor? This class is perfect for adults with no prior experience. We’ll guide you through the basics of popular Ballroom & Latin dances like the Waltz, Cha Cha, and Quickstep in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No partner? No problem – solo dancers are always welcome, and couples stay dancing together throughout the session.

Carly Millington (Tuesday – Eastleigh, Wednesday – Fareham)
About your teacher: Carly has over 30 years of experience in Ballroom & Latin and a background as a competitive dancer. Now ISTD qualified, she brings the perfect mix of patience, fun and support to every class. Assisted by her partner Trevor, Carly’s lessons are known for clear instruction, plenty of laughs, and a welcoming vibe for all.
