Conditions of Entry: PEXAVA COVID SAFETY MEASURES

For the safety of all dancers and our team, entry requirements are strictly as follows and will be checked on the door. Rights of admission are reserved.

Despite the relaxing of Plan B restrictions, Government guidance is to keep testing, particularly before periods of high risk such as salsa social dancing. For Pexava Socials we will require at the door proof of a negative lateral flow test taken no longer than 24hrs before the event starts. This will continue as long as cases/risk is high and assuming that tests are still available for free.

You will need to upload your result at the gov link and bring your text or email confirmation: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result. (Free Lateral Flow Rapid Test kits are available at pharmacies or order online: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests). Please do NOT bring the used test kit itself or a photo of it, these are not acceptable.

In addition:
• Do not attend if you are unwell
• Use hand sanitiser and/or wash your hands frequently
• Voluntary face masks encouraged
• Partners who do not wish to rotate in class due to Covid precautions/bubbles are welcome – inform us of this at the start of the lesson
• If you test positive up to 48 hours after the event, please ensure that you inform us
