Head to your local dance studio, hall or community centre and you are sure to find lessons in ballroom dancing, swing or salsa or perhaps there is aerobics or zumba to get involved in.

Five hours of expert salsa tuition in a single day, so you get beyond the basics sooner and better, are available at Bar Salsa in Soho this Sunday.

This is an Improvers i2i course aimed at people who feel their salsa is a little rusty or as a direct follow on from the Salsa Rapido 1-Day Intensive Courses.

Salsa Rapido one day courses start around 10.45am.
It is worth contacting the host in advance, as they try to ensure equal numbers of leaders and followers.

Metrolatina, The UK's longest running Latin Clubnight, based in Soho, celebrates their 24th anniversary this Wednesday.
There is sure to be a fantastic atmosphere on the dance floor after lessons in salsa and bachata, as they know how to party properly.

Lessons in salsa and kizomba are followed by a SBK party at the Southampton monthy social.

Put the 29th of March in your diary for the Essex Latin Masquerade Spring Ball, combining salsa, bachata and kizomba for over 10 hours of lessons and social in Harlow.   

Every Wednesday, there is a chance to practice your ballroom steps, or just enjoy dancing in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in Cuckfield, West Sussex.
