The glorious sunshine in the UK along with the best air quality we have enjoyed this week hopefully have helped you to manage another week of lockdown.

Mental Health awareness week has highlighted the need for all of us to talk to others and actually listen.  If you have a friend who perhaps needs an extra pickmeup, why not share a classical online concert or dance lesson with them this weekend?

A 9th Online Concert features two excellent violinists Anja Jamsek and Ben Richardson, performing a Baroque and Classical programme on Saturday at 6.30pm.

Karel Flores joins the conversation on Loose Salsa Ladies this Monday.

Ella Mesma Company Monday Morning Movement Ritual 45 Minute Class from 11am each Monday

Maestro Carlos Paz will be teaching salsa crossbody footwork for beginner and improver level ladies and men on Monday evening.
Monday night's Swing at Sway Online - live from 7.30pm

The Metrolatina Online Salsa party via Zoom at 7pm each Wednesday offers you the chance to interact with up to 100 dancers whilst enjoying a musical couple of hours with live DJ (and his kids if we are lucky). 

Mina Queen Salsa is offering a couple of virtual sessions each week - Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays at 8pm. 

Deimante is offering a host of online sessions from zumba through fitness and salsa.
For instance the salsa footwork and lady styling sessions on Tuesday from 7pm.

Lunchtime Salsa and Kizomba is DJ Tony VivaLaSalsa offering on Mondays 12pm-3pm

Rehearsals will take place in London however, shooting will take place in Morocco (Marrakech) towards the end of September (pending COVID-19 updates, as we will only travel when it is safe).
