Welcome to the dance2salsa website dedicated to exploring the wonderful world of salsa in Maidenhead, and surrounding area. Salsa is a fantastic, fun, social evening out, and a great opportunity to make new friends. It is great exercise and you can come along with or without a partner. You do not have to have any previous salsa or dance experience as our level 1 classes are designed for absolute beginners. Of course, we also cater for more advanced dancers with classes at 6 different levels up to Advanced - Dance Development level. Our classes are based on a structured syllabus built around a six week program and a number of specific steps and techniques are taught at each level.
We currently hold regular weekly classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and monthly Friday party nights. The courses have been validated by Basil Pinnock who is a UKA qualified instructor with the United Kingdom Alliance and a director of Dance2Salsa. Courses on a Tuesday and Wednesday are taught and delivered to a very high standard with a major emphasis on fun, development and exercise. Our mission at dance2salsa is to raise the profile and standard of salsa in Berkshire and the surrounding area. We currently hold regular weekly classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and monthly Friday parties in the prestigious grounds of Bird Hills Golf Club in Maidenhead, Berkshire and also at Bracknell Leisue Cente - Both venues are easily accessible from areas such as Bracknell, Reading, Slough, High Wycombe, Marlow, Ascot, Windsor, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Yately, Farnborough, Mytchett, Frimley, and Bagshot.
