Take care of your own well being and free your neck & shoulders. Get rid of the tension which comes from stress or the many hours spent in front of the screen. At the same time calm down your nervous system and feel more grounded.

Move Better, Stay Mobile and Live More - A series of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes on Zoom with Bärbel Rücker.

The 8 week Feldenkrais course costs £80 (96 EUR).
Pay additional £10 [12 EUR] to get the audio recording every week as well.

Each class is a stand alone class involving movement explorations in different orientations on the floor. After each online class you're invited to have a little social interaction to share your experiences and to ask some questions.
